Install the add-on

Download for Gmail (Google Workspace Marketplace) or Outlook (Microsoft AppSource). The add-on appears as a panel in your email client.

Choose AI provider

Configure Google Gemini (free API key) or Microsoft Azure OpenAI in the settings.

Clean your inbox

Click "Auto-cleanup" — the AI analyzes and suggests actions. Review the suggestions and approve with one click.

⚠️ Important information

  • Email Cleaner does not permanently delete emails. The "Delete" function moves emails to the trash where they can be recovered for 30 days.
  • Use at your own risk. The AI can make mistakes. Always review the suggestions before approving.
  • You own your data. Email metadata is sent to the AI provider you have chosen. We have no access.
  • API costs. You use your own AI API key. Any usage costs from the AI provider are your responsibility.
