1. About the service
Email Cleaner is an email add-on developed by Innova Kurs og Konsulent, Hans Kristian Eide (ENK), org.nr 977 257 263 (MVA). The add-on is available for Gmail and Microsoft Outlook.
2. Acceptance of terms
By installing and using Email Cleaner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should uninstall the add-on.
3. Description of the service
Email Cleaner offers the following functionality:
- AI-powered analysis and sorting of email
- Quick archive of old emails
- Marking emails as read
- AI chat for email questions
4. Requirements for use
- A Gmail or Outlook account
- Your own API key from a supported AI provider (Google Gemini or Azure OpenAI)
- Internet access
5. Pricing and payment
- Free: 0 kr/mo โ up to 5 email analyses per day.
- Light: 49 kr/mo โ up to 50 email analyses per day.
- Full: 149 kr/mo โ unlimited analyses.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are renewed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of liability
Email Cleaner is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Loss of emails or data resulting from use of the add-on
- Incorrect analysis or sorting by the AI
- Downtime or errors in third-party services (Google, Microsoft, AI providers)
- Costs related to usage of your own AI API key
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. If you have used the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay for the period you have used. Contact hans@innovakk.no to exercise your right of withdrawal.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the add-on or on this website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Oslo District Court.
